(WBNG Binghamton) An Owego woman has been arrested for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars from a youth football league.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, Eileen "Lee" Bundy 49, has been charged with grand larceny.

Bundy, the former treasurer of the Apalachin Youth Football League, is said to have stolen between $21,000 and $74,000 since January 2011, according to deputies.

The investigation has been going on for months, ever since the league discovered money was missing in November.

She is scheduled to appear in court June 26.
