Canton, PA (WBNG Binghamton) A double shooting in Bradford County has been ruled a homicide-suicide, according to a coroner's report released Monday afternoon.

Around 9:20 a.m. Sunday, Bradford County 911 received a call for an incident at 360 East Main St. in Canton Borough, Pa.

When emergency crews arrived to the home, they found two people who had been shot.

Teesha Rieco, 24, of Canton, was found dead in bed at her home. She bled to death, according to Bradford County Coroner Thomas Carman.

Curtis Chisman, 44, of Canton Borough, shot himself in the head and was airlifted to Robert Packer Hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

State Police said they do not believe a third person was involved in the shooting.

Chisman is the father of Rieco's 1-month-old baby.

Police have not commented if drugs or alcohol were involved.

The investigation is ongoing.
