Delhi, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A Delaware County woman convicted of making threats on Facebook will spend time in jail after violating probation.

In September, Jennifer Morris of East Branch pleaded guilty to falsely reporting an incident when she warned that there would be an explosion in Walton Central School.

Morris violated probation on Jan. 15, when she went onto a social media site on a cellphone she gained access to.

She pleaded guilty to violating probation in Delaware County Court Monday.

Morris will serve one to three years in jail.
