Elkland, PA (WBNG Binghamton) Four adults are arrested, and a 3 year old is taken to an area hospital after a meth cooking explosion in Tioga County, Pennsylania.

It happened in Elkland Borough, where Pennsylvania State Police executed a search warrant at a home on Pattison Avenue.

They heard an explosion, and found it was coming from a camper on the property.

That's where they found methamphetamine, and a three year old child.

That toddler was taken to Soldiers and Sailors for examination.

Investigators found three adults: Jessie Washburn, Nicole Perkins, and Alan Sherry inside or nearby the camper.

They face multiple drug counts, including Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Causing or Risking a Catastrophe, Reckless Endangerment, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Another man, Nathan Washburn was also arrested.

He's charged with manufacturing marijuana.

Authorities also searched the house on the property, and found marijuana plants drying out.
