Marion A. Lubzanski, 90, Johnson City, NY
Marion Lubzanski, 90, joined her husband, Stanley Peter Lubzanski, in Heaven, on Friday, April 17, 2009. She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph Gacioch and Mary (Barno) Gacioch; her husband, Stanley; two daughters, Jane Mary Lubzanski of Johnson City and Susan Marie Ciaravino of Endwell; two brothers, Stanley Gacioch and Chester Gacioch; and her sister, Josephine Hujar of Binghamton. Marion is survived by her loving extended family including her daughter, Barbara Hider of Rockville, Maryland; her son, Anthony Lubzanski of Johnson City; her sister, Florence Dutkowsky of Endwell; two sons-in-law, William Hider of Rockville, Maryland and William Ciaravino, Jr. of Endwell; six grandchildren, Brian Hider and Brittney Hider of Rockville, Maryland, William Ciaravino III of Knoxville, Tennessee, Elizabeth Ciaravino of Endwell, Catherine Ciaravino of Endwell and Emily Ciaravino of Binghamton. Marion was employed by Remington Rand and Endicott Johnson prior to getting married and raising her family. She was a parishioner of the Holy Trinity Church and the former St. Stanislaus Kostka Church of Binghamton, and was a member of its Sodality of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Mrs. Lubzanski enjoyed sewing and tatting. She was an exceptional cook. She will be missed for her pies, cakes, nutroll, chili, holupki, perogies, stew and city chicken.
