Recovery ACA Incident Victim and Family Assistance

Following the devastating tragedy at the American Civic Association on Friday, several crime victim assistance agencies along with the Broome County Mental Health Department mobilized to assist those impacted by the horrific event. A Family Assistance Center was quickly established at the Holiday Inn Arena located at 2 Hawley Street in downtown Binghamton. The Victim Assistance Center will be transitioning to the Broome County Health Department located 225 Front Street in downtown Binghamton, NY beginning at 8am on Thursday, April 9th, 2008. Anyone in the community who needs help such as counseling, legal assistance, etc. should call (607)778-3911 or they can go to the assistance center at the Broome County Health Department.
