ACA Anniversary Ceremony Friday

By WBNG News

Tomorrow is the one week anniversary of the American Civic Association tragedy.

Mayor Matt Ryan and other government and religious officials invite you to join them for a special remembrance ceremony.

It will begin here on the lawn of the Court house, in downtown Binghamton.

Church Bells will ring 14 times to remember each of the 14 lives lost that day.

After the ceremony, there will be a march to Confluence Park, where they will plant a memorial garden of 14 tulips.

The remembrance ceremony begins tomorrow, at 10 am.
