The US House took a break from debate to remember the victims of the American Civic Association Shootings.

A gunman killed 13 people and himself at the center on Front Street in Binghamton April 3rd.

Congressman Maurice Hinchey led the House in a moment of silence at the nations capitol.

Hinchey expects that next week, the House will also pass a formal resolution expressing sympathy to all affected by the tragedy.
