In a story that has gained national attention this week, a 41-year-old male high school teacher in California has resigned his job and left his wife and kids to move in with an 18-year-old female student, according to the Modesto (Calif.) Bee
The teacher, who was placed on administrative leave in early February, resigned on Feb. 22, according to the Bee story.
