83-Year-Old Woman Charged in Hit-And-Run Death of 6-Year-Old Boy

According to a report from the Chicago Tribune, an 83-year-old Illinois woman who turned herself in last week is facing charges in connection with the hit-and-run death of a 6-year-old boy earlier this month.
