Mother Sentenced to 35 Years in Prison For Leaving Infant to Die Inside Hot Vehicle

A long prison sentence for a mother who left her young son to die inside a hot vehicle in 2011.

According to a report from the Louisville (Ky.) Courier-Journal, a Kentucky judge sentenced the woman to 35 years in prison on Wednesday. The woman was convicted of murder last month, according to the Courier-Journal report.
