Bank Robbery Suspect Calls Authorities for Help While Standing Outside Bank, Police Say

A strange story from Florida.

According to a news release from the St. Petersburg (Fla.) Police Department, a 51-year-old Florida man with several prior robbery convictions was arrested last week after calling police for help while standing outside a Florid bank.

The man was arrested on two counts of armed robbery for allegedly being involved in a pair of bank robberies earlier in the week, according to the news release.
