Guilty: Father Who Bound and Gagged Young Daughter With Tape and Posted Photo on Facebook

According to a report from the Chicago Tribune, a judge this week found a 22-year-old Illinois man guilty of aggravated domestic battery and aggravated battery for using tape to bind and gag his 22-year-month old daughter and posting the picture on Facebook.

The man will be sentenced later this month -- and faces up to seven years in prison, according to the Chicago Tribune report.
