Kosciusko County, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - An unusual story from Indiana, courtesy of Granite Broadcasting sister station Indiana's NewsCenter in Fort Wayne, Ind.
According to the report from Indiana's NewsCenter:
A 15-year-old Milford (Ind.) boy is in trouble with the law after police say he struck two patrol cars with a skid-loader Saturday evening.
Police were called to the child's home after his parents said their son was out of control, locking his mother from their home, leaving with a baseball bat and machete on the farm's skid-loader.
Officers used the family's ATV to pursue the teen, that’s when the teen turned the piece of equipment on the officers, rendering the ATV useless.
The boy then went after the squad cars. Officers then pepper sprayed the teen, he later surrendered.
The teen is currently at the Woods Juvenile Detention Center in Pierceton and is looking at potential juvenile charges of two counts of aggravated battery with substantial risk of death or injury to the Kosciusko County Probation Department.
He'll appear in court for a juvenile disposition hearing on December 27th.
