Pair Accused of Stealing Presents From Underneath Family's Christmas Tree

A shocking story from Wisconsin.

According to a report from the Portage (Wis.) Daily Register, two people have been charged with burglary for allegedly breaking into a residence and stealing 15 presents that were underneath a family's Christmas tree.
