Couple Arrested After Allowing Toddler to Inhale Marijuana, Police Say

According to a report from the Centralia (Wash.) Chronicle, police said a 24-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man were arrested last Friday for allegedly allowing a toddler to inhale marijuana from a bong.
