Man Kidnaps and Beats Mother After She Refuses to Give Him Money to Buy Pills, Police Say

A Florida man arrested in connection with a bizarre incident involving his mother.

According to a report from the Daytona Beach News-Journal, police said a 22-year-old Florida man was arrested and charged with kidnapping, aggravated battery and other charges for allegedly beating and kidnapping his mother after she refused to give him money to buy pills.
