Now that a winning ticket for the massive $590.5 million Powerball jackpot has been sold, one questions remains: Who won the second-largest jackpot in lottery history?

According to lottery officials, the winning ticket was sold at a Publix supermarket in Zephyrhills, Fla. The winning now has 60 days to come forward and claim the money, according to Florida state law.

That hasn't stopped the excitement and speculation in Zephyrhills, a suburb of Tampa, Fla., with a population of approximately 13,000. According to the Tampa Bay Times, the media descended to the parking lot of the story where the winning ticket was sold.

"Who on earth would ever think about Zephyrhills in all this big country getting some kind of windfall for somebody?" one resident told the Tampa Bay Times.

And is it really a surprise the Powerball winner was sold in Florida?

According to Florida Lottery Secretary Cynthia O'Connell: "This is Florida's sixth Powerball jackpot winner, adding to our record of the most Powerball winners of any state since the game was introduced in Florida in January 2009."
