A Southern-Tier woman is charged with fatally poisoning a toddler.
24-year-old Melissa Englehardt was arrested Thursday for manslaughter.
Police say she poisoned her 21-month-old stepson with methanol, a common ingredient in anti-freeze, windshield washer fluid and dry gas.
Englehardt is in Chemung County Jail without bail.
