Construction has cancelled the Greater Binghamton Air Show this year.
A record crowd turned out to see the Navy Blue Angels take to the sky last summer at the Greater Binghamton Airport.
County officials say this year, they need to reconstruct parking areas used by aircraft.
They say the temporary loss of space for vendors and parking would make it difficult to run the air show and conduct commercial flights at the same time.
