Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Police find 200 bags of heroin during a search of a man's apartment in Binghamton.
Police arrested 31 year old Terrance Wise Monday.
Members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force executed the search warrant at 45 Webster Court, apartment #3.
The heroin found has a street value around $4,000.
The task force also seized $3,000 cash.
Terrance Wise is charged with felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. .
