Two-star general killed in Afghanistan

(WBNG Binghamton) Flags were at half staff across New York State on Wednesday in honor of a U.S. Army Major General killed in an insider attack in Afghanistan.

Harold Greene, 55, of Albany was the highest-ranking military official killed in combat since 1970.

Greene served the nation for more than 30 years. He leaves behind a wife and two children.
