Father and Son Arrested For Growing Marijuana

Edmeston, NY (WBNG Binghamton) An Otsego County father and son are arrested for growing marijuana.

The Otsego County Sheriffs Office arrested Thomas Tukalo and his father, Nicholas, this morning after discovering 58 marijuana plants growing behind their house on Burdick Avenue in Edmeston.

Both were issued tickets to appear in the Town of Edmeston Court on August 9.

If convicted, they each face one year behind bars.

The Otsego County DA, and New York State Division of Parole also assisted with the investigation.
