Former NYC Mayor, Ed Koch, Dies at 88

(WBNG Binghamton) Former New York City Mayor Ed Koch died Friday.

A spokesman said the three term mayor died from congestive heart failure. He had been in and out of the hospital in recent weeks.

Koch was 88.
