According to a report from Granite Broadcasting sister station Indiana's NewsCenter in Fort Wayne, Ind., an Indiana man says he went to a dentist to have three teeth pulled but says he came out with all of his teeth gone.

According to the report from Indiana's NewsCenter:

21-year-old Christopher Crist of Indianapolis says he had three problem teeth that needed to be pulled. Crist has autism. Before he went to the dentist his family coached him on what instructions to give the dentist. They told him to ask for the three problem teeth to be pulled and no more.

Crist says the staff at the dentist's office sedated him, and pulled the three problem teeth. But they didn't stop there and in the end Crist had all 32 teeth pulled.

Crist's family says they've been trying for days to get the young man's records from the Amazing Family Dental Office, but no luck yet. The office responded by saying they couldn't share private patient information.
