Man accused of using stun gun to discipline 5-year-old he was babysitting

According to a report from the Tulsa World, police said a 24-year-old Oklahoma man was arrested this week and charged with multiple counts of child abuse for allegedly using a stun gun to discipline a 5-year-old child he was babysitting.

Police said the boy had 15 to 20 burn marks on his body, according to the Tulsa World report.
