A grisly discovery made by a New York City dog walker on Tuesday morning.
According to a report from the New York Daily News, police said a woman walking her dogs found the dismembered remains of a woman in a pile of garbage in the Bronx. The remains are believed to be those of a 45-year-old woman, according to the New York Daily News report.
