Report: Cuomo Says NY Will Probably Miss Deadline for Fracking Rules

(WBNG Binghamton) According to a report from Businessweek.com, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said that the state will likely miss the Nov. 29 deadline to issue regulations related to hydraulic fracking in the state.
