CBS News (WBNG Binghamton) Coastal areas of New York and New Jersey may see water rise from 6 to 11 feet due to the size of Hurricane Sandy.
However, experts say the rivers and ground are not as saturated as they were in 2011 when Hurricane Irene stuck.
