Albany, NY (WBNG Binghamton) You can't smoke in a restaurant, in your office, in many parks.Now you may be banned from smoking in your car.
Some New York Lawmakers want to make it illegal to smoke in a car when a passenger under 14 years old is present.
The bill has passed the Assembly and it was believed it had the votes to pass the senate.
But a lawmaker held it up until a hearing is held on current and proposed smoking regulations.
