According to a report from Granite Broadcasting sister station WKBW in Buffalo,  a car with Massachusetts license plates has been pulled over in Niagara Falls near the intersection of Elmwood Avenue and 19th Street.

According to the WKBW report:

The FBI tells WKBW, they are taking extra precaution but do not believe there is any connection to the situation in Boston involving the search for one of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects.

Authorities, speaking at a morning news conference in Niagara Falls, said two individuals have been detained for further questioning following a traffic stop. Police said they know where the individuals are from, but are not sure of the contents of the car.

The New York State Bomb Squad was deployed to the scene as a precaution and authorities would like people to remain where they are if they are in the area.
