Endicott, NY (WBNG Binghamton) At 4:44 p.m. Sunday, autumn rolled in.

That meant a busy day at The Cider Mill, where employees said around 1,500 dozen doughnuts were sold.

In addition to selling doughnuts, cider and pumpkins, The Cider Miller has viewing areas where people can watch the different products being made.

"It's a place that kids like to see things happen and that's one of the things we do," Brent Natzle of The Cider Mill said. "We make sure the kids have different things to watch like the cider and the doughnuts and they love it."

People of all ages were excited to welcome fall.

"We have hayrides planned, apple picking, enjoying the warm doughnuts here and just watching the change of the season," Brooke and Grayleigh Washington said. "Looking forward to Halloween, trick-or-treating and picking out costumes."

The Cider Mill makes their cider and doughnuts fresh daily.
