Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The Binghamton Philharmonic (BPO) is back for another season with its 71-member orchestra.

A lineup for the 2014-2015 events was announced Thursday morning at the Peacemaker's Stage in downtown Binghamton.

The schedule included various music genres and time periods.

There will be a classical series for opening night, a historic journey in November, holiday music during the season of giving and a Sinatra performance in March.

This season of the Binghamton Philharmonic will be sponsored by Visions Federal Credit Union.

Officials said the partnership is another sign of growth within the community.

"A sold out Christmas pops, and a new outreach program, the BPO is a partner in cultural growth and economic development," said development director for BPO Birttany Hall. "I am proud to say the Binghamton Philharmonic is once again in growth mode."

Tickets go on sale for performances beginning September 2.
