Johnson City, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The Sacred Heart Ukrainian Catholic Church is getting ready for its annual Easter Bazaar this weekend.

It is Saturday, March 23 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Members of the parish are busy making traditional Ukrainian food including pyrohy.

"We're going to have the kovbasa from New York City like we always do. We'll have paska. We have the beautiful Easter eggs. It's going to be a full day," said William Czebiniak, parishioner at the church.

The Easter Bazaar has been going on for more than 40 years. It's a large fundraiser for the parish.

Sacred Heart Ukrainian Church is located at 230 Ukrainian Hill Road in Johnson City.
