Town of Maine, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A Maine father and two sons are arrested after allegedly chasing youths and running them off the road before beating them up.

According to Broome County Sheriff's Office, around 1:15 a.m. Saturday, three youths in a gray Saturn were doing "doughnuts" and driving recklessly on Route 38B.

Joseph Kocian, 43, Mason Kocian, 20, and Adam Kocian, 18, all of Maine, were somehow threatened by their behavior and decided to chase them in their Ford pick-up truck on back roads through the towns of Union and Maine.

After the accident, authorities say the Kocians broke out the windows of the Saturn and repeatedly punched the driver and passengers.

One of the victims required medical treatment for injuries to his face.

All Kocians were arrested and will be in Town of Maine Court later this month.
