Mayville, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The man accused of murdering a former Chenango County principal is back in New York facing a judge Wednesday morning.
Anthony Taglianetti, 42, is facing a second degree murder charge for the shooting death of for Clymer School Superintendent, Keith Reed Jr., 51, on September 21st.
Reed served as principal of the Sherburne-Earlville High School for four years before moving to Western New York.
Investigators believe the shooting was sparked by the relationship Reed had with Taglianetti's wife when Taglianetti and his wife were separated.
Taglianetti will be in Chautauqua County court at 10 a.m Wednesday
If he is convicted, Taglianetti could face up to 25 years in prison.
