Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Graduation is only days away for Binghamton University, but hundreds of students won't don their caps and gowns until after one last hurrah.

BU students celebrated the end of the spring semester in downtown Binghamton with Bar Crawl 2013 on Thursday.

Bar Crawl 2013 not connected to the city or the university. Students annually spill from bar to bar on State Street and surrounding areas the Thursday before graduation.

Seniors will take their memories of Binghamton University with them, and say they'll miss the area as they move on.

"Just the community that Binghamton creates. I don't think I would have met the same people or had the same kind of social experience anywhere else," senior Danielle Gallo said.

"The people, intimate relationships, everyone is great. I have so many friends and such a great four years to look back on," senior Jordyn Goldberg said.

Bar Crawl 2013 lasts until 1 a.m. Friday morning.

Binghamton Police have been patrolling the streets since 2 p.m. Thursday.

"Binghamton we love you, we'll miss you, but it's time to move on," senior Alex Spanbock said.
