Positive Life Force Fitness and Wellness held an exercise boot camp for people of all skill levels

"When you're in a class like this, you're together with other people. There's that socialization and being in a group," said Kelsey Newman, trainer and owner of Positive Life Force Fitness. "It's just fun, you leave, and you feel great."

100 percent of proceeds from the boot camp went straight to the Binghamton Humane Society.

Participants say the event is chance to get outside and get healthy.

"I love it. Kelsey really challenges you," said Sarah Azzarella from Endicott. "You get to meet a lot of great people. You feel really great when you're done. It's just a really great way to get out here and have some fun."
