Missing elderly man returns home

Town of Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The missing 73-year old man who had been gone since Sunday has been found.

The Broome County Sheriff's Office received a phone call just after 10 p.m. Monday, from William Bryan's family. They said Bryan had been returned to his home on Hawelyton Road in the town of Binghamton.

Bryan told sheriff’s deputies that he had run into and old friend and that they decided to take a trip out of town.

Bryan appeared to be in good health, but as a precaution was taken to Binghamton General Hospital.

Until he was found, Bryan was last seen on foot around 8:30 p.m Sunday on Brady Hill Road near State Line Road in Conklin.
