Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Hundreds of people had the chance to enjoy dancing and good food on Sunday afternoon in Binghamton.

St. Cyril church on Clinton Street held its annual Parish festival. Everyone who attended was able to enjoy delicious food, including the famous Halupkis.

Organizers said having such a diverse group of people at the event makes it all the more enjoyable.

"It's great to see everybody. People who we haven't seen in years have come out. It's great to see all the old-timers, all the new people. It's a wonderful experience," said Marybeth Walsh and Maria Palmatier, co-organizers of the Slovakian event.

The church holds this festival every year to raise money and it's St. Cyril's biggest fundraiser of the year. Organizers of the event would like to say thank you to everyone who volunteered at the festival.
