Angelica "Angel" M. Hummell, 49, of Binghamton passed away Monday, October 8, 2012. Angel is survived by her two daughters and a son-in-law, Kaleena and Joseph Bagnetto, and Regi Hummell; a granddaughter, Talia Bagnetto; mother, Darla Polak; sister, Gina Hummell; brothers, Andrew Hummell and Anthony Hummell; a niece and nephew; and special nieces and nephew, Stephani, Tariq, Chanel and Alisiya Taylor; several aunts and an uncle; and her close friend, Linda. She received her bachelor's degree in the mental health field and worked for Wilson Memorial Hospital, Binghamton General Hospital and Catholic Charities, where she very much enjoyed her work. Angel had a great sense of humor and enjoyed arts & crafts, growing plants, Syfy Channel and scary movies, and her cats. She loved her children who will dearly miss her. She was overjoyed to become a grandmother for the first time. We would like to send a thank you to the wonderful staff at Bridgewater Center, with a special thank you to the nurses, Gail and Marlee, and aides, Jennifer R. and Jennifer S. for their extraordinary compassionate care of Angel.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, October 11, 2012, 4pm, at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson.
