Albert J. Marhefka, 75, of Johnson City passed away peacefully at Elizabeth Church Manor on Tuesday, October 9, 2012. He was predeceased by his wife, Patricia Marhefka; his parents, Joseph and Constance Marhefka; brothers, Edward, Bernard and Stanley Marhefka; and a sister, Patricia Martin. He is survived by his children and their spouses, Timothy and Michelle Marhefka, Endwell, Kimberly and Ronald Pickens, and Carol and Ron Pencek, all of North Carolina; four grandchildren, Madison, Ryan, Nicole and Ronald III; two sisters, Connie Williams, Ohio, and Johanna Sakamoto, Arizona; also a brother, Joseph Marhefka, Endwell.

A Prayer Service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at Laskowski Funeral Home. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive family and friends at the funeral home on Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Arrangements and supervision by Laskowski Funeral Home.
