Gloria D. (Burrows) Rounsville, 62 of Fulton born and raised in Whitney Point was taken peacefully on Monday December 3, 2012. She was predeceased by her parents, Leon & Hilda Burrows and1st husband Robert E. Crooks. She is survived by her husband William H. Rounsville and three daughters Stephanie J. Crooks 42, Ashley N. Rounsville 27, Leslie M. Rounsville 24 and her son Carter 2; two step-daughters Pam & Cathie; three step-sons Jerry, Billy & Stewart; three sisters Bonnie, Jeanette, Cindy and brother Glenn, many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Gloria enjoyed Whitney Point High School volleyball, was an avid bowler. Gloria also loved watching the Yankees, Giants and Syracuse sporting events with her husband. A special tribute of gratitude is expressed to the staff of ICU floor 9F at Upstate Medical Center for their Professionalism and Care. The family will receive friends at the Nichols Funeral Home 7323 119th St Whitney Point, NY on Friday December 7, 2012 from 10 AM until service time at 12 noon. Reverend Ron Wenzinger will be officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery Whitney Point, NY.
