Ronald H. Sargent, 86, of Johnson City went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 6, 2013. He is survived by his loving wife, Lynn, of 52 years; children, Paul and Ann Sargent, Dell and Anita Sargent; grandchildren, Ana, Alyse, Alexander and Erik; siblings, Harold and Alice Sargent, Dorothy Sargent and her partner Bernie O'Brien; special friends, Paul, Sophia, Marina, Vito, Venetia, and Santino Resciniti; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Ron was a WWII veteran of the 82nd Airbourne unit.

A time for sharing will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson, NY. The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. at the funeral home until the time of sharing. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the St. Francis Community Services, PO Box 1340, Salina, KS 67402-9925.
