Cindy Tompkins, 58, of Johnson City passed away Monday evening, January 7, 2013 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. She was predeceased by her son, James J. Tompkins, and her mother, Gloria Cook. She is survived by one daughter, Delayce Tompkins; her loving companion, Richard Lipscomb; one brother, Gerald Daye; two stepsisters and spouses, Marcia and David Peterson, Tammy and Steve Makres; several nieces and nephews. Cindy enjoyed camping, reading, and her grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Faith Bible Church, 1807 Hawleyton Rd., Binghamton, NY on Friday at 11AM. Dr. Gilbert Parker will officiate. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the J.F. Rice Funeral Home, Inc., 150 Main St., Johnson City, NY.
