Charles J. Warner, 47, of Owego passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2013. Charles was predeceased by his mother, Eva Utter Warner; father, Charles J. Brown; brother, Burt Warner. He is survived by his daughters, Shannon Williams, Owego, Amanda Williams; three brothers and sister-in-law, Larry Warner, Jr., Stanley and Margaret Warner, Jimmy Warner; sister and brother-in-law, Hazel and Carl Webster; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends, Gene Rhodes and Robert Dixon.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY with the Rev. Loretta Perry officiating. Burial will follow in the Tioga Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
