Died: March 6, 2013

Martha Kresge, 94, peacefully passed away on March 6, 2013. She joins her beloved husband, Walter, who predeceased her in January 2008. She was also predeceased by her parents, Florence and John Phillips, brothers, John Phillips and Daniel Phillips, and sister, Elizabeth Mills. Martha is survived by her special niece, Betty Joan Yerdon of Edgartown, Martha's Vineyard, MA, and her three great-nieces, Sarah Small Cass, Durham, ME, Katryn Gilbert, Martha's Vineyard, MA, and Megan Yerdon, Biddeford, ME, and their children, Chelsey Small and Brandon Cass; niece, Jean Stavitsky, San Antonio, TX; nephew, Daniel Phillips, Binghamton, NY, and brother-in-law, Charles Mills, Binghamton, NY.

Funeral services will be 11am Saturday at the Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home, 483 Chenango St., Binghamton. Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday from 10am until the time of the service. Interment will be in Dennison Cemetery, Swoyersville, PA at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Martha's memory to the First Presbyterian Church, 29 Grant Avenue, Endicott, NY 13760.
