Steven B. Palinosky, 70, died on Friday, November 13, 2009, at Lourdes Hospital. He was born in Scranton, PA. He was predeceased by his parents, Steven and Matilda. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; his children of whom he was very proud, Susan Palinosky, Amy and Paul Anderson, MSGT Steven Palinosky; grandsons, Steven and Chase Palinosky and their mother, Gloria; cousin, Elaine Palinosky; brothers-in-law, Boyne, Dan and Alan Boyd. He graduated valedictorian of Scranton West High, and from Allegheny College. He enjoyed reading, listening to music, talking with people, and spending time on the computer. Family was very important to Steve; he continued to raise his coffee cup in salute to the memory of his father.
The family invites you to come to share memories at the Barber Memorial Home, Inc., 428 Main St., Johnson City on Wednesday from 4-6 p.m. A private memorial service will be held at the family's convenience. Donations in his memory may be made to Owego United Methodist Church or the Waterman Conservation Center.

My condolences to mrs P , Amy , Steven , and you Susan. Your dad was a really great guy and i am privilaged to have met and known him. I hope you all are well and taking care of each other. i still keep you in my prayers. Ron

Many years ago, I was lucky to have met Steven while I dated his daughter Sue. He was a very kind mind as I remember. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
