Agnes M. Rybacki, 87, of Binghamton, passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2009, At Bridgewater Nursing Home. She was born in Windsor on April 15, 1922. She is predeceased by her parents, John and Agnes Rybacki; three sisters, Martha Rybacki, Katherine Brown and Franciscan Sister Mary Beatrice; three brothers, Walter, Frank and John Rybacki Jr.; three nephews, Francis, Charles, and Timothy Rybacki. She is survived by her nephew, John Rybacki; a niece, Catherine Allen; two great nephews, Jonathan Rybacki and Stephen Rybacki; one great niece, Patricia Rybacki. Agnes was a member of the former St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, now the Church of the Holy Trinity. She was a member of the Holy Rosary Society and Auxiliary member of The Legion of Mary. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 21, 2009 At the Church of the Holy Trinity. Burial will be at St. Stanislaus Kostka Cemetery. The Family will receive friends in the vestibule of the Church of the Holy Trinity, from 9:00 AM To 10:00 AM. It was Agnes' wish that memorial contributions in lieu of flowers be donated to the church.
