Endicott (WBNG BINGHAMTON) An eight-run first inning was enough to lead Endicott Post 82 past Hamilton (NJ), 13-11, on the second day of the Hall of Fame American Legion baseball tournament.

In a 3 p.m. game, Vestal's Kevin Franz held Newburgh scoreless through four innings, but the team from out east put up five runs in the fifth inning. Rain came after that, giving Newburgh a 5-0 win at Vestal.

Outside of Endicott, all other evening games were postponed due to rain.
